Wedding Coordinator: We let you do all the planning and we do all the work. We will assit you with the planning if you want. We come in about a month before the wedding and get all of your plans and make them happen for you. We get all of your vendors names and phone numbers and confirm you orders, make sure they show up when they are suppose to and bring what you ordered. We run the rehearsal and tell everyone what they are to do. On the big day we are with you from the begining till the last guest leaves. We get the Bridal party in order, tell them when to walk down the aisle, open the doors for the Bride. When the ceremony is over we lead the guest to the reception and make sure that gets off to a good start. When it is time for the Bridal party to make their entrance we get everyone together and let the announcer know we are ready to come in. We do a time schedule for the entire event so you can get everything that you have planned for the night. If a problem arises we take care of it the best way we can. We stay until the last guest has left and we make sure everything is back in order. We try and make this the most perfect day for you as possible. Other services that we offer are a full line of florals, including the Bridal bouquet, all of the Bridal party flowers,centerpieces, and all of your other floral needs. We have books that you can pick from or you can bring us a picture and we will try and design it for you. Room decorating for the ceremony and the reception site. We have a lot of rental pieces including table linens, linen
napkins and chair covers. We do balloon decorating and we also having many party favors you can pick from. We also have the ultimate chocolate fondue fountain. A must have to make a lasting impression to your guest. Let your imagination run wild with all of the dipping items you can choose from. Think how wonderful everything will taste with warm chocolate dripping from it. Different packages available for large and small events. We also have a cheese fondue fountain that is great for the cocktail hour. If you need extra help for the day we have a full staff of bartenders, food servers and clean up crew.
