At Distinctively You Events, I am the wedding designer (architect) and production manager (contractor), and I’d love to work with you on your wedding.
A wedding is a dream, a vision of a perfect moment in time. The vision for each couple differs because…well, each couple is different. I'm here to work with them to make the individual dream, whatever it is, a reality. I love the conceptualizing, watching peoples' faces light up when they realize that I see their dream and can relate it to them in terms of what we can do together to reflect it. In the end, it is the couple's vision, from which comes an amazing concept and personalized touches that make a wedding distinctive.
The mission of Distinctively You Events—my mission as a consultant—is to have you celebrate weddings and other milestone life-cycle occasions in ways that are truly personal, memorable, and well…just plain wonderful. Whether the wedding or event is to be sophisticated and glamorous, whimsical, over-the-top kitschy—or anything in between, I help you to be sure that it fits and it’s fun.

My name is Pat Ambrosius and one of my goals is to continue to have a fresh, trend-setting eye for event design. To accomplish that, I continue to research and study to keep up with innovations and trends in the events industry. I attend at least one educational conference a year and network with fellow events professionals on a regular basis to be sure that I can serve you in the best possible ways. I am Co-Director of ABC – Southern New Jersey as well as a member of the International Special Events Society and NJ Event Pro Net.
