DO NOT EVER REGISTER WITH BLOOMINGDALES FOR YOUR WEDDING.

I had the worst nightmare with them. They delivered all my gifts via FedEX but with NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED! Even after I called to tell them (talked to the service center in St. Louis) to require a signature, they told me their systems wouldn't allow this. As a result, half of my gifts were stolen because they just left them on my doorstep when I wasn't home.

How do you tell a Corporate Moron like this that they are a Corporate Moron? Do they have the slightest clue about Customer Service or are they back on the road towards bankruptcy because they ignore customers?
